Do I need an appointment for a walk-in visit?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at both our Lancaster and Narcoossee locations during office hours. Same-day appointments are also available by calling (407) 378-6686.
What should I bring to an immigration physical?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your vaccination records (if available), and any paperwork from your immigration attorney or USCIS. Dr. Arevalo is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept Humana, Freedom Health, CarePlus, WellCare, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Solis, and others. Self-pay patients are also welcome. Visit our insurance page for the full list.
